Market Outlook: Stock Exchange Opens on a High Note

The BIST 100 index started the day with an increase of 27.56 points, reaching 8936.03 points. According to the Foreks News survey, an increase of 16.51 points for the BIST 100 index was expected at the opening. The closest prediction in the opening survey was made by Gedik Investment/Umay Ezgi Budak, with a forecast of 28.1 points. The second closest estimate was made by A1 Capital/Aleyna Edremit, predicting an increase of 28.82 points. The third closest prediction came from A1 Capital/Elvan Moğulkoç, with a forecast of 29.1 points. In today’s Foreks News closing survey for the BIST 100 index, 38 analysts from brokerage firms participated; 35 analysts predicted a positive closing, while 3 analysts forecasted a negative closing.
