Altınay Defense Acquires 49% Stake in ASELSAN through Subsidiary DASAL Aviation

Foreks - Altınay Savunma (IS:ALTNY) Technologies Inc. has acquired the shares representing 49% of the capital of ASELSAN Electronic Industry and Trade Inc. held by its subsidiary DASAL Aerospace Technologies Inc.

According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by the company, it was decided to acquire the shares of ASELSAN, representing 49% of the capital, by the company in line with its growth and expansion strategy, in order to adapt to market dynamics.

The nominal value of the acquired shares was determined to be 110.74 million TL.

Under the share transfer agreement signed with ASELSAN on October 25, 2024, Altınay Savunma's shareholding in DASAL Havacılık reached 100%.
