Vestel Ticaret and Sharp Corporation signed an amendment agreement to expand their collaboration and extend their existing business operations.

Foreks - Vestel (IS:VESTL) announced today that a modification agreement has been signed to expand the existing collaboration between Vestel Ticaret and Sharp Corporation, as well as to extend the terms of current brand licensing, distribution, and service level agreements.

The company stated, "In accordance with our material disclosures dated September 26, 2014, December 25, 2019, and July 18, 2024, a modification agreement has been signed today, March 25, 2025, between our 100% subsidiary Vestel Ticaret A.Ş. and Sharp Corporation. This agreement aims to broaden the scope of collaboration in the home appliances and small appliances sector in Europe and extends the existing agreements until the end of 2029, effective from January 1, 2025. If the conditions outlined in the agreement are met, the contract term can be extended for an additional 5 years."
