The announcement stated: "As 2025 marks the transition year to the National Vehicle Identification System (UTTS), it has been decided to provide the following support and advantages: From March 25, 2025, to April 30, 2025, taxpayers completing registration and payment at utts.gov.tr will benefit from a discounted fee of 2,172 TL instead of the determined 2,791.45 TL. Additionally, those who purchased and installed the Vehicle Identification Unit between January 1, 2025, and March 25, 2025, can apply for various supports detailed on www.utts.gov.tr by April 30, 2025, for a refund of 619.45 TL after installation completion."
