Kaspi.kz JSC aims to acquire Rabobank's Turkish unit.

Kaspi.kz JSC, owned by fintech billionaire Vyacheslav Kim, is in talks to acquire the Turkish unit of Rabobank Group. Sources, who requested anonymity, informed Bloomberg News that discussions are ongoing and no final decision has been made yet.

These individuals noted that any agreement would be subject to approval by regulatory authorities in Turkey.
