Application to the Competition Authority for the Acquisition of Lmb Medical Equipment and Novel Medical Equipment by MacoPharma

The Competition Authority has been applied for the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Lmb Medical Equipment Industry and Trade Inc. and 100% of the capital of Novel Medical Equipment Industry and Trade Inc. by the MacoPharma Group through Groupe Maco Pharma International GMPi SA.
