TANKER REPORT - 28 Tankers Present at Black Sea Ports
Foreks - There are a total of 28 tankers at the Black Sea ports, which serve as the first step for the oil arriving in the region to reach the world through the Istanbul and Dardanelles Straits. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, 18 of the tankers are classified as Aframax, 8 as Suezmax, and 2 as Panamax. Taking into account the tankers that have not yet docked at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is reported to be 39. The Black Sea ports accommodating tankers include Russia's Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia's Supsa. Among these, 22 tankers have docked at Novorossiysk, 3 at Taman, and 3 at Kavkaz. There are no tankers present at Supsa and Tuapse.
