Foreign Investors Recorded a Net Sale of $639 Million in the Stock Market in October

In October, foreign investors made sales in the Borsa Istanbul Equity Market. Borsa Istanbul announced the transactions conducted by foreign banks/brokerages or individuals on behalf of themselves during October. Accordingly, foreigners made purchases amounting to $19 billion 878 million 580 thousand 183, while sales totaled $20 billion 517 million 635 thousand 497. Thus, foreign net sales transactions reached $639 million 55 thousand during October. In the first nine months of the year, net sales remained at approximately $2.5 billion. The total trading volume for foreigners was determined to be $41 billion 789 million 99 thousand 448, marking the lowest level of the year. In the same month, foreigners purchased structured products and funds worth $119 million 296 thousand 493, while sales amounted to $139 million 864 thousand 106.
