Enerjisa Energy Nurtures the Next Generation of Talent with Retail-X

It is also taking the initiative in the retail sector to engage young talents. To support the career development of young talents, the company runs the Retail-X Program. This program contributes to the recruitment of new talents into the Electricity Retail sector and supports young individuals with career and educational opportunities.
Enerjisa Enerji stands out with the Retail-X Program, launched to support high-potential young talents and bring them into the electric retail sector. This comprehensive program aims to maximize participants' potential by providing them with experience in the business world, along with competence, technical and professional training, mentoring, and coaching opportunities.
To ensure equal opportunities, Enerjisa Enerji accepts applications from all universities without discrimination and considers the gender balance. Launched for the first time in 2022, Retail-X has received significant interest from young graduates in Turkey, garnering 11,000 applications over three years. So far, 50 individuals, including 21 women, have been hired through the Retail-X Program, which stands out for winning 12 awards in international platforms where criteria such as satisfaction, talent acquisition, retention of young talents, commitment, and job performance are meticulously evaluated.
Future leaders are being trained through this program. Unlike many MT programs in Turkey, participants in the Retail-X Program sign a full-time employment contract, not a limited-term contract. Through the Retail-X Program, the company makes a strong investment in a sustainable future by training not only today's professionals but also tomorrow's. The aim is to bring young talents into the sector while guiding leaders both within the company and in Turkey’s electricity retail sector.
Within the Retail-X Program, young talents gain firsthand experience of working life while also enhancing their personal and professional competencies through a comprehensive training process. The program provides mentoring and coaching support, accelerates adaptation to technology with innovative training modules, especially orientation training through the Metaverse, and opens the door to a long-term career journey.
Young talents are offered the opportunity to rotate within their relevant department after one year of working, enabling them to develop themselves across different units and job areas and shape their careers.
