ULAK Communication Launches Candidate Wireless Communication Engineers Program
ULAK Haberleşme A.Ş. is continuing its efforts to strengthen Turkey’s local communication infrastructure by launching a comprehensive training and development program named “ADAY KİM” (Candidate Wireless Communication Engineers) for young engineering candidates.
The statement noted:
With the “ADAY KİM” Program, ULAK aims to provide employment opportunities for engineering candidates who wish to pursue a career in wireless communication. Additionally, it will collaborate with universities to deliver training in advanced communication technologies. The ADAY KİM program not only prepares young engineering candidates for the future in areas like 5G, 6G, and Intelligent Transportation Systems but will also cultivate human resources that will contribute to the development of national wireless communication technologies in the country.
Contribution to Intelligent Transportation Systems with V2X and 5G Training
Under the "Sector on Campus" project supported by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, ULAK is already offering training to engineering candidates on V2X, 5G technologies, security, and digital infrastructure through credit courses coded MTH (National Technology Mobilization). In these courses, ULAK engineers are passing on knowledge about next-generation communication technologies, security applications, and communication infrastructure that will enhance Turkey’s intelligent transportation systems to young engineering candidates.
Job Opportunities through the “ADAY KİM” Program
The “ADAY KİM” Program, developed within this framework, will offer internship and job opportunities to engineering candidates interested in wireless communication technologies. Candidates who have the opportunity to work with ULAK’s skilled team will gain experience in the sector and knowledge about next-generation communication systems. Successful candidates at the end of the program will have the chance to continue their careers at ULAK.
ULAK Communication aims to contribute to strengthening Turkey’s communication infrastructure through both the “ADAY KİM” Program and educational collaborations with universities, while enhancing the sectoral competencies of young engineers. The schedule, location, and duration of the training will be determined after evaluations conducted with universities.
