Teknosa Returns with Two Awards from the ALFA Awards
Foreks - Turkey's leading technology retail and e-commerce brand, Teknosa (IS:TKNSA), returned from the ALFA Awards with two prestigious awards that recognize those who make a difference in customer experience. Recognized for the sixth time in the "Electromarket" category, Teknosa was also selected as the brand providing the best experience for its customers in the “Virtual Assistant and Chatbot Experience” category.
As a subsidiary of Sabancı Holding, Teknosa continues to receive accolades for its customer-focused innovative applications. Since 2014, the ALFA Awards, initiated in collaboration with Marketing Türkiye and Akademetre, have awarded brands that design the best experiences for their customers at a ceremony held at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent. At the event, where the best experiences were determined in nearly 60 categories based on Alfa points, Teknosa won two awards in the "Electromarket" and “Virtual Assistant and Chatbot Experience” categories.
The ALFA Awards winners were determined using Akademetre's internationally compliant methodology. The selection process involved face-to-face interviews with 1,200 participants across 12 different provinces in Turkey, where customer experience was evaluated based on criteria such as "Customer Desire Dimension," "Willingness to Interact with the Brand," "Level of Communication," "Level of Relationship," and "Brand Recognition in the Eyes of Consumers."
